Thank you for considering my art services for your creative needs. I am thrilled at the prospect of collaborating with you to bring your visions to life. Kindly review the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your art commission order.
**1. Commission Process:**
1.1. To initiate an art commission, please contact me by email, from the email depicted on my profile page earlier up above the “terms and conditions” passage and leave a comprehensive description of your requirements, including size, style, and any specific details you wish to incorporate.
1.2. Upon receiving your commission details, I will provide you with a personalized quote. Upon your confirmation of the commission and acceptance of the quote, we can proceed with the payment process by the payment link I will send to you to receive the payment.
1.3. I will make this work fully by hand using drawing programs like Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, Krita, etc., and WILL NOT BE MADE BY AI. I am against AI and will not use programs or software like this without your knowledge.
**2. Payment:**
2.1. Payment in full is required upfront before I start working on your commission.
2.2. Payments can be made via displayed on the Payment link I will send to you from my business email. Card only and paid in full, no exceptions and no checks.
2.3. Please note that prices may be adjusted based on the complexity of the work, the size, and if you want it printed and shipped to you.
**3. Refunds:**
3.1. It is important to understand that all commission payments are non-refundable unless I become unable to complete the commission on my end. If you give up halfway, you will not receive a refund. Given the unique and personalized nature of commissioned artwork, along with the time put into the commission, I am unable to offer refunds once the creative process has begun, if you (the client/ the commission requester) decide to cancel halfway through on your end, there will be no refund.
3.2. Should unforeseen circumstances prevent me from fulfilling your commission on my end (not you wanting a refund and changing your mind on getting the work done), a partial refund will be promptly issued.
**4. Revisions:**
4.1. Your satisfaction with the final artwork is my top priority. As part of your commission, you are entitled to a maximum of two revisions within the scope of the original order( A week or 2 weeks from the delivery of the artwork if its not PRINTED. If it’s printed and you want a revision and want it reprinted expect up to $300 or more for printing (Depending on the size and price increase from my printing provider)! If the revision is requested after 2 weeks, the 2 free revisions will have expired and you will have to pay for the revisions along with the reprinting).
4.2. Revisions include adjustments to details, colors, and minor changes aimed at aligning the artwork with your vision.
4.3. Any additional revision requests beyond the agreed-upon limit of two will incur an extra fee, the cost of which will be determined by the complexity and time needed to make the changes.
**5. Printing and Additional Fees:**
5.1. If you intend to have the commissioned artwork printed, please inform me before the payment and the initial commission process begins.
5.2. Depending on your printing preferences, additional fees may apply. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding with the printing process.
**6. Timeline:**
6.1. The estimated completion time for your commission will be mutually agreed upon before payment.
